Helping Care For Your Aging Parents

A supportive community workshop to help families understand care planning, prepare important legal documents, and confidently navigate decisions as parents age.

Why This Matters:

As parents age, families are often faced with difficult decisions about healthcare, legal authority, and future care.

Unfortunately, many families wait until a crisis happens before addressing these important matters — which can lead to confusion, stress, and disagreements during already emotional moments.

This workshop is designed to help you prepare ahead of time, understand your options, and make sure your loved ones’ wishes are clearly documented and respected.

With the right planning, families can move forward with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.

What You Will Learn

How to prepare for important healthcare decisions as parents age.

How Advance Healthcare Directives protect your loved one’s medical wishes.

How to avoid confusion and conflict during medical emergencies.

How early planning can reduce stress for both parents and family members.

How to start meaningful conversations about future care.
